bind-chroot: A chrooted tree for the BIND nameserver

- This package contains a tree of files which can be used as a
chroot(2) jail for the named(8) program from the BIND package.

- o 'deprecation_msg' global has vanished
- bind-9.2.3rc3-deprecation_msg_shut_up.diff.bz2 can disappear
